The Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) DigiSkills Accelerator is your gateway to mastering the digital era. Aligned with the DCO 2030 roadmap, our initiative is dedicated to closing the critical skills gap within the digital economies of DCO Member States. Our mission is to be the cornerstone of capacity-building efforts, offering upskilling and reskilling opportunities essential for thriving in today’s digital landscape. We target government officials, entrepreneurs/freelancers, and the broader digital workforce, serving as an information provider, advisor, advocate, and facilitator for all capacity-building interventions.

Our Approach

To achieve our mission and make a direct impact, the DigiSkills Accelerator focuses on:

Targeted Capacity-Building Programs: Designed to address specific gaps and needs identified through critical information gathered from Member States. This ensures we meet and enhance strategic objectives.

Capacity-Building Working Groups: These groups within each Member State collect baseline data, including training needs and skills assessments, to understand and address the skills gap effectively. In addition they assist to dessiminate informtion to the relevant target audience.

Strategic Partnerships: We leverage the DCO’s extensive network, collaborating with public and private sectors, international organizations, and academia to design and implement relevant capacity-building programs.

Monitoring and Evaluation: We develop training metrics aligned with our programs to monitor and evaluate outcomes, ensuring they contribute to the Member States’ goals.

Peer-to-Peer Learning Platform: A platform for sharing best practices and knowledge among DCO Member States, fostering continuous learning and improvement.

Executive Learning Learning Pathways

Our technical programs cover essential topics in the digital economy, including digital trade, cross-border data flow, digital taxation, and artificial intelligence. Specifically designed for government officials in DCO Member States, these programs are tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

Additionally, we offer programs to develop the soft skills executives need to navigate today’s work environment. With the rise of automation and artificial intelligence, both executives and staff must refine their social and emotional skills to adapt. The outcome? Enhanced knowledge and improved public service quality.

We also provide two key support services:

Coaching: To foster collective change, improved accountability, innovative thinking, and increased agility.

Mentoring: To help young individuals learn from experienced professionals, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Entrepreneural/ Freelancing Learning Pathways

Our freelancing programs empower talents and jobseekers to thrive in the evolving digital landscape.
